Members of the Unique Manuka Factor Honey Association (UMFHA) can request a UMF Certificate at no additional cost if the pre-requisite testing is performed at Hill Labs. The results from these tests are submitted to the UMFHA, which then triggers the release of the certificate.

It is designed to validate the potency, authenticity, purity, shelf life, and freshness of mānuka honey for producers, brands, customers, and consumers worldwide.
Application for a UMF Certificate can take 1-3 working days. Hill Labs can perform same-day testing and application for UMFHA certificates on request.
