Fieldays 40th Birthday Competiton - Terms and Conditions
To celebrate our 40 year success story, we're giving away a free test* to 40 lucky winners who enter on our stand at Fieldays, 12-15 June 2024, Mystery Creek, Hamilton. Come and see us at site PE24 in The Pavilion to enter!
Terms and Conditions:
- Answer to be found on our Fieldays display stand, site number PE24. One entry per person.
- There are 40 prizes to be won. The winners must select one test from a list of
predefined tests. See below for the full list. - The prize is not transferable for cash. Competition winners will be selected by
Hill Labs making a random draw from among all valid and qualifying entries.
Competition entry closes at close of Fieldays, Saturday 15th June 2024 at 4pm.
Winners drawn Tuesday 18th June 2024 . - If you are a winner, Hill Labs will make reasonable efforts to contact you
within 5 days of the draw using the contact details you supplied in your entry.
If for any reason Hill Labs is unable to contact you within that period, then you
will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and another winner will be randomly drawn in your place. Hill Labs’ selection of the winners is final and binding. - Prize must be used within 12 months of issue.
- Privacy: In accordance with the Privacy Act 2020, Hill Labs will collect and hold personal information (as defined in the Privacy Act) about you to conduct the Competition, keep you updated on the Competition, and send you marketing information on Hill Labs’ latest testing services, and you consent to the use of your personal information for those purposes. If you don’t provide the requested personal information then your Entry might be invalid. You have the right to access and request correction of your personal information held by Hill Labs by contacting Hill Labs.
