Coming Soon: Improvements to Invoicing & AR Processes

We’re excited to share that a major systems upgrade is on the horizon that will enhance how we manage invoicing and accounts receivable (AR). Scheduled to go live in the second half of 2026, this is part of a broader ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation project to support our evolving business.

Why This Matters to You

As a valued customer, you may notice some changes in how invoices are formatted, and how payments are processed. These updates are designed to:

  • Improve billing processes and efficiency
  • Streamline payment workflows
  • Provide clearer visibility into your account activity

What to Expect

While no immediate action is required, we want to give you a heads-up that you may see some changes in invoice presentation and consolidation once the new system is live. We’ll be sharing more detailed information closer to the rollout date, and our team will be available to support you through the transition.

We’ll continue to keep you updated through future newsletters and direct communications. As we get closer to go-live, you’ll receive clear guidance on what’s changing, support resources to help you navigate the transition, and opportunities to ask questions and provide feedback.

We Are Here to Help

If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, our Customer Experience team is here to support you.

Thank you for your continued partnership. We’re looking forward to bringing you a smoother, more efficient experience in the months ahead.
